Futtura Tools and Technology
With how rapidly the world of technology is evolving, industries must keep pace with the latest innovations in the market. This is what Futtura Tools and Technology aims to deliver to surveying professionals.

Since its inception in 1999 in Dallas, Texas, the company has been distributing premier surveying instruments and accessories. It ensures that its comprehensive range of products offers technological innovation, top-of-the-line performance, and the best value for money.

Optical Instruments

Sighting objects is a much-needed task in a variety of surveying jobs, from leveling to establishing elevations. With Futtura optical surveying instruments, users won’t have a difficult time sighting benchmarks and points of references from afar.

With their 24x, 28x, or 30x magnification, Futura's automatic levels allow users to easily determine differences of elevations from a distance. Their compact size and tangent knobs make these weatherproof levels easy to operate, while their magnetically dampened compensators keep them consistently accurate, even in unstable field conditions.

For measuring vertical and horizontal angles, the theodolites from Futtura feature electronic circles and circular vials. Their built-in crosshairs, LCD panels, and 45-millimeter objective aperture enable users to clearly see visible points and read angle measurements at a 5” or 10” accuracy.

For construction layout and distance measurement, Futtura’s total stations offer superior performance with their 200-meter reflectorless range and up to a 2,000-meter working range using a single prism. They also feature 24,000-point memory capacity for data storage and IP54 environmental rating for protection against water and dust.

Construction Lasers

Leveling and grading on construction sites can be done efficiently and accurately with Futtura’s construction lasers and receivers. All of these lasers are self-leveling, which can significantly reduce the time spent on setups.

The brand’s rotating lasers feature a high accuracy of ± 1/8” @ 100’, a working range of 1,000 feet, and a rotation speed of 600 RPM. Its slope lasers, on the other hand, have a working range of 2,000 feet and a grade range of -10% to 15%, making them ideal for grading, excavating, and drainage work. Lastly, for underground pipeline applications, Futtura’s pipe lasers offer a grade range of +40% to -10%. They also come with nitrogen purged IP68 enclosures and slide legs that can fit various sizes of pipes.

Machine Control Systems

With Futtura’s machine control systems, heavy machine operators won’t have to get out of their cabs to determine grades. These systems’ cutting-edge features allow users to control the slopes for graders, bulldozers, excavators, and other machines.
